How we work
One project manager, every step coordinated from the moment we start to the day we finish.
Step 1
Consultation
We walk the bathroom, talk about how you use it and take measurements and photos.
Step 2
Design & selections
Look and feel, layout, then a personalized finish package, with showroom visits together.
Step 3
Detailed proposal
An itemized proposal and written schedule so you know exactly what’s included.
Step 4
Agreement & deposit
Ready to move forward? We make it official and lock in your start date.
Step 5
Permits & materials
Permit pulled under license #934767; every finish ordered, delivered and inspected.
Step 6
Construction
Demolition, rough-in, waterproofing, tile, fixtures and finish, with daily cleanup.
Step 7
Final walkthrough
We inspect every detail together, complete the punch list and hand over the keys.
Step 8
Follow-up visit
We check in a month later to make sure everything still feels right.

AJH Construction is a full-service residential construction company based in Downtown San Jose. We do construction, but bathrooms are what we’re known for.
A dedicated project manager works with you every step of the way: acquiring finish materials, overseeing the quality of construction, keeping your home clean and the jobsite safe, and acting as the single point of contact between you and everyone working on your bathroom.
